The Short Shift is back with an exciting announcement: we’re going to be covering the events leading up to the 2015 58th running of the Purdue Grand Prix. We sit down with Purdue Grand Prix Foundation’s Director of the Race, Colleen Kelly, to discuss what the grand prix is and why it is significant not only to Purdue University, but to college motorsports as a whole.
Coming up next week, we’re bringing you nightly coverage of Purdue Grand Prix practice from the heart of Indiana. We’ll cover who’s fast, who needs to improve, and many of the other stories wafting through the Purdue Grand Prix paddock. These stories are crucial to understanding how hard the students teams and drivers have worked to bring their karts on track. Look for a new episode of the Short Shift presented by the Slipstream Podcast every night from Tuesday through Thursday for April 7 through the 18.
This is an exciting time for Purdue University and all who will come to watch and enjoy The Greatest Spectacle in College Racing.
